Hi, I’m Michael, a marketer by profession and a lifelong learner at heart. I’ve been with Solution Systems, Inc. since 2014, where I serve as the Director of Marketing. My role allows me to combine my passion for creativity and technology, especially in the world of Microsoft software and Dynamics 365 Business Central. I focus on helping businesses understand how these tools can transform their operations and unlock new potential. Before joining Solution Systems, I spent 12 years managing my family’s business, gaining invaluable experience in leadership and business strategy.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and a Master’s in Business Administration, but my education didn’t stop there. I’m constantly exploring new ways to use technology to solve problems and improve how businesses run.

When I’m not busy marketing or geeking out over Microsoft software, you’ll probably find me with a book in hand or working on my next writing project—I’ve even published 8 books. I’m also a tech enthusiast, a coffee and cigar connoisseur, and a lover of all things outdoors, especially fishing.

Food is another passion of mine, and I’m a sucker for a good plate of grilled octopus, pizza, or ravioli in red sauce. My downtime usually includes watching sports, catching a good movie (my favorite is Something’s Gotta Give), or listening to Elvis Presley’s timeless music.
