On-premise (10 Users)
Software = $20,000 | Implementation = $20,000 | Total Investment = $40,000
Cloud (10 Users)
Software = $1,000 per month | Implementation = $20,000 | Total Investment = $1,000 per month and $20,000 for implementation
As you can see the implementations costs are the same for both Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central On-premise and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Cloud. The difference in price depends upon whether you want to own or lease the software. If you choose to lease the software you will be paying either a monthly or yearly subscription amount.
