How to Fix Dynamics 365 Business Central Extension / App Issues

The sun is out, birds are chirping, and the fluidity of your keystrokes are creating magical notes that could rival Beethoven's Fifth Symphony.
You take your first sip of your coffee and an ear-to-ear smile appears on your face as you savor the chocolaty coffee flavoring. Then at that very moment you decide to process a credit card transaction using your Business Central Chargelogic extension. You go through and enter the information as you've done hundreds of times in the past but when you look at the print preview it's blank, and just like that your morning begins to decrescendo.
So what's next? How do you fix this issue? You have a couple of options. I'd first recommend contacting your Microsoft partner and get them involved. Your partner has dealt with and fixed many different issues so there's a good chance it's a quick fix. If you are more hands on, contact the provider of the extension that is giving you trouble and see if they have any known issues and how to fix them. If all else fails in Dynamics 365 Business Central press alt Q, search for extensions and make note of the version number.
Cross reference this number with the extension located on Microsoft AppSource to make sure you have the latest version installed.
If you don't have the latest version you may want to consider uninstalling your extension and reinstalling the new version. However, there's always a chance of data loss therefore I highly recommend speaking with your Microsoft partner or Extension Provider first.
