When provisioning new Business Central cloud tenants for a couple new customers over the weekend we came across the error, "Could not open the "My Company". Sorry, we just updated this page. Reopen it, and try again." Have you encountered this error? If so, here's a fix that may work for you.
It turns out this is a known issue due to a call with Power BI webservices. Also, having the Power BI dashboard shown on the Role Center will cause this issue more frequently. Here's the workaround:
Using the personalize feature > Go to the Power BI Reports dashboard on the Role center > Hide Power BI Reports
