Updated: Jul 16, 2021

ROLLING MEADOWS, IL - Aug. 14, 2014 – Solution Systems, Inc. (solsyst.com) today announced their latest Microsoft Dynamics NAV venture, a NAV eCommerce Portal. The NAV eCommerce Portal was built from the ground up to integrate in real-time with Microsoft Dynamics NAV without any delays or confusion caused by back office synchronization jobs.

“Stock information is up to the minute and your reporting and other business intelligence can have access to your customer’s carts as they are being built,” said Bill Burton, Senior Architect for Solution Systems, Inc. The NAV eCommerce Portal uses Open Standards and the built-in Web Services technology included with Microsoft Dynamics NAV to ensure that this solution can be implemented using the software that you already own if you are running Dynamics NAV. The NAV eCommerce Portal consists of a Web Application DLL returns standard HTML. The Standard Installation also includes HTML and JavaScript template files and a default CSS layout.

If you have no existing web site, or wish to host your eCommerce on a separate web site, the Standard Installation includes everything required to have your customers input Sales Order directly into Navision.

If you have an existing web site, the NAV eCommerce Portal can be integrated with your existing ASP.NET web site by adding two lines of code to your existing pages and styling the standard HTML to match your current look and feel.

“The component based approach means that you can even keep your current page names!” said Bill Burton, Senior Architect for Solution Systems, Inc.
