Solution Systems, Inc. Releases New Mobile Platform Exclusively for Microsoft Dynamics NAV

Rolling Meadows, IL - SSI PR - Solution Systems, Inc. is proud to announce the release of its new mobile platform designed exclusively to connect with Microsoft Dynamics NAV product users.
The application effectively runs as a secured website, hosted on the client company’s network, so that it can be accessed from anywhere – including an iPhone, Android, Desktop PC, iPad, or Windows Mobile device.
Vice-President of Operations, Ken Sebahar is very excited about the new application launch, “Our new mobile application has been designed to provide access to NAV data from any device, anywhere, anytime, in real-time. Several of our clients have reached out to us already wanting it for their business.”
All the user needs is a browser and an internet connection. The SSI Mobile Sales App uses a real-time connection to read and write data to the NAV database. Custom or proprietary middleware software need not be purchased and maintained, and there is no batch updating or synchronization of data.
“This is a simple yet elegant mobile solution that is reliable and easy to deploy and use. We’re getting a good response from this and we believe it’s a tool that meets the ever changing needs of our clients,” Sebahar said.

The application requires NAV 2009 SP1 or above to connect. There is no additional annual enhancement plan fees associated with this application. Full source code is provided with the solution, so it can be modified as needed with or without the support of Solution Systems. It can be extended to any data currently stored and maintained within your Dynamics NAV database.
