1. Find Your Desired List
Locate the list that you would like to personalize in Business Central.
2. Personalization Mode
Locate the gear icon in the top right-hand corner (Settings) and select “Personalize” from the presented list of options that appear.
3. Select Your Column
Once in this personalization mode, hover over the cell that contains the heading of the column you wish to freeze. You will notice a red arrow appear as you hover.
4. Set Freeze Pane
Click on the red arrow and select the “Set Freeze Pane” option.
5. Complete Personalization
When you are satisfied with your adjustments, select the red “Done” button in the top right corner to leave the personalization mode.
For Freeze Pane Removal:
1. Personalization Mode
Return to the Settings gear icon and select Personalize.
2. Select Your Column
Hover over the cell that contains the heading of the column you wish to un-freeze. You will notice a red arrow reappear as you hover.
3. Clear Freeze Pane
Click on the red arrow and select the “Clear Freeze Pane” option.
4. Complete Personalization
When you are satisfied with your adjustments, select the red “Done” button in the top right corner to leave the personalization mode.
