Solution Systems' projects range from preliminary analysis to full implementations of computerized management control systems. Solution Systems begins each project with a thorough system's analysis of the client's present procedures. A Project Management Team is assigned to each client and is responsible for the overall installation activities including detailed specifications review, complete implementation, user training coordination, and support as well as pre-site inspection for equipment and equipment ordering.

Project Managers
An Implementation team is assigned to every new account and is headed by a Project Manager. The team will guide the customer in the implementation of the new system. All of SSI ‘s Project managers have been implementing business solutions for clients of varying sizes in a wide range of industries for years; and most of them have their CPA and their MBA certifications, and are former controllers with years of business experience.

Once a fully integrated software/hardware system has been purchased and is installed by Solution Systems, Inc. the transaction is not complete. We offer full-scale classroom training as well as software and hardware support for the life of the system.

Hardware/Network Services Solution Systems also has a full hardware and network services department, which is available to help you with all you networking needs.

Telecommunication support is provided using computer connected phone lines. Our support staff is available to diagnose and resolve operational problems, suggest solutions and recommend ways to avoid trouble the next time. By far, Solution Systems, Inc. has the most comprehensive technical support staff available in this industry. At Solution Systems, Inc. we are never finished with an installation. We keep in constant contact with all of our customers to ensure that their level of satisfaction is being maintained.
